Do you take insurance?
Currently, I do not take any health insurances. If you would like to use me as an out-of-network provider, I can provide you with a Super Bill.
What is a Super Bill?
A Super Bill is an invoice with a diagnosis. All health insurances require mental health diagnoses for reimbursement.
Do you prescribe medication?
I am not a medical doctor and cannot, therefore, prescribe medication. If medication is indicated for treatment and you feel that it is something you could benefit from, I would be happy to refer you to a physician. Care will be coordinated between you, your doctor, and myself.
Do you only see individuals with depression, individuals with trauma, individuals with eating disorders, couples, and teens?
No, I do not exclusively see individuals with depression, individuals with trauma, individuals with eating disorders, couples, and teens. I am trained to provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy. I treat a wide range of issues and populations. The therapeutic relationship, however, is incredibly important to success in treatment. I want all my clients to feel they have the right "fit." In the event you or I feel another clinician may be a better fit, I will be happy to provide you with referrals.
